Welcome to new JoyBuggy!

A Completely New Design

JoyBuggy has been rebuilt from the ground up. The new store is faster, cleaner and easier to browse, so finding your next game takes just a few clicks, on desktop and on mobile.

Greater Control Over Your Orders

Your orders are now in your hands:

• Self-cancellation of pre-orders: changed your mind? Cancel a pre-order yourself, with no need to contact support.

• Back orders: a game you want is out of stock? Order it anyway and receive your key as soon as it's available again.

• Unopened keys: your keys stay sealed in your inventory until you're ready to reveal them.

User Achievements

Shopping with JoyBuggy is now even more fun. Collect achievements along the way and see your progress as you go.

Support That's There When You Need It

• Buggy AI assistant: get instant answers to your questions from Buggy, our AI assistant.

• Live chat: talk to our team directly via live chat during working hours (CET).

Welcome Aboard

Thank you for being part of JoyBuggy. We've worked hard on this relaunch and we hope you enjoy the new store as much as we enjoyed building it. Happy gaming!
