When you select a provider, JoyBuggy redirects you to that provider’s service. The provider authenticates you and asks you to authorize the sharing of specified account information with JoyBuggy. The information available to JoyBuggy depends on the provider, the permissions displayed during authorization and your settings with that provider.

JoyBuggy uses temporary security technologies, such as an OAuth state value or PKCE verifier, to initiate and validate the login request and protect it against misuse. These technologies are strictly necessary for the login process that you request.

The provider may use its own cookies when you visit or are already signed in to its service. Cookies used on the provider’s website are controlled by that provider and are subject to its policies.

The available providers include:

• Google — authentication using a Google account (Google Privacy Policy);

• X — authentication using an X account (X Privacy Policy);

• Discord — authentication using a Discord account (Discord Privacy Policy);

• Steam — authentication using a Steam account (Steam Privacy Policy);

• Kick — authentication using a Kick account (Kick Privacy Policy);

• Twitch — authentication using a Twitch account (Twitch Privacy Notice); and

• Epic Games — authentication using an Epic Games account (Epic Games Privacy Policy).

JoyBuggy does not treat the use of a social-login option as consent to analytics or marketing cookies.
